Let’s get back to bad habits. Gathering information on adolescents and children is about tracking to prevent bad habits, as well as harmful communication. It is better to check up on a teenager than later to spend years and mountains of money on the treatment of harmfuldependencies. After all, you can buy them without any company, TV advertising alone is enough to arouse the interest of the child. In early adolescence, many children have idols. And if any smoking action hero is your son’s favorite, then there’s a good chance your kid will reach for a cigarette to look cool like that guy. It is worth remembering that the age when children dare to try something that is not allowed to them is getting earlier and earlier every year. If earlier drinking and smoking started at the age of 15, now it often happens at 10.
If advertising of tobacco products (not even so much tobacco products as smoking as such) only occasionally peeps out of movies, then the advertising of alcoholic beverages is still in full swing. We hear that it’s more fun with beer, “Baltika cooler – be cool” (quote from the commercial of the Baltika soft drink). That is, it is not even advertising anymore (after all, advertising should simply provide reliable information about a product or service), but rather propaganda and agitation. Don’t be surprised if propaganda generates interest – this is one of the likely natural reactions.
